The Competence Center for Project Leadership (CC KEY) is a research consortium sponsored by the Institute of Information Management at the University of St. Gallen (IWI-HSG) and funded by its partners. It is also a community for companies and public service organizations, for which the success of large and/or complex projects is of crucial importance.
CC KEY was launched by the team from the Institute of Information Management at the University of St. Gallen (IWI-HSG), who developed the basis for the report of the Swiss Federal Council, “Large-Scale Federal ICT Projects – Findings and Measures”, on their behalf. The mission of CC KEY is to research into the key factors of success for large and/or complex projects. In addition, CC KEY provides a community for companies and public service organizations with large and/or complex projects, which ensures knowledge transfer between research and practice.
